Tuxedo Tips

Most of our articles have covered your attire for your big day. What about your groom and his groomsmen? Boys…this one’s for you! We’re going to cover the difference between renting and buying a tuxedo.

If you’ve chosen the traditional route for your wedding day, no doubt you will need a tuxedo. Should you buy or rent one? Luckily you have both options available.

Why rent? First off, it’s more cost effective. If you don’t have an immediate need for a tuxedo or if you don’t foresee yourself using one in the near future, renting is the best option. If Oscar nights call your name every year, you find yourself dining at the embassy or you just want to have it in your closet for a special event, buying your tuxedo is a better option. Either way, keep in mind the bride’s dress style and pick a tuxedo that adds to your union.
